235: Bobby Porter – From Ape to Ewok
Our conversation with actor/stunt double, Bobby Porter, is one for the pop culturists. Bobby shares stories of working on Revenge of the Jedi, Newsies and Battle for the Planet of the Apes! Bobby also worked as a stunt double for Eliot (E.T.), John Connor (Terminator 2), Young Bruce Wayne (Dark Knight Returns), Young Freddy Krueger (Nightmare on Elm Street 5) and so many more. Don’t miss the heart-warming story he tells about working with Robin Williams on Jumanji.

The Mid-Season Trailer got us really excited about the show again, and starwars.com just announced there will be a Season 2 in Fall of 2019. (Our Resistance Flyby episodes have ended, but we will still share some thoughts about particular episodes on Skywalking Through Neverland). On this episode we discuss “Secrets and Holograms” and “Station Theta Black.” The mid-season begins on the Disney Channel on Sunday 1/13, and so we’ll finish out this show talking about the new trailer.
