beep! beep! It’s Herbie, THE LOVE BUG!

Let’s step back in time to 1968 and reminisce about the little car that could. Richard and Sarah of Skywalking Through Neverland are joined again by our special guest host – voice of Grand Moff Tarkin, Sleepy in Disney’s 7D, and Lord Henry Mystic himself – Stephen Stanton! (The Grand Moff might even make a cameo in this episode…)

From our favorite Love Bug moments, dated dialogue and the whole Herbie legacy, we cover it all. So buckle up and Step In Time!

STEP IN TIME: Remembering Disney’s Matinee Movies is a NEW monthly spin-off show where we look back at the Disney live-action films of yesteryear. If you are already subscribed to Skywalking Through Neverland – do nothing! This show will appear in your feed.

  1. Hi there Richard and Sarah! My name is Phil Smith and I am a HUGE fan of Herbie, The Love Bug! I am even part of the online Herbie Fan Community, http://Www.LoveBugFans.com! I enjoyed listening to the episode and I look forward to more episodes for the future! As a movie buff, I am also a very big fan of the old Live Action Disney films! Moreso than any of the animated features in fact! I would love to possibly contribute to a future episode actually! I have very fond memories and comments about such unforgettable classics like The Absent-Minded Professor, The Shaggy Dog, The Million Dollar Duck, The Dexter Reilly series (The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes, Now You See Him Now You Don’t, The Strongest Man In The World), and more!

Please feel free to reach out to me at ZootSuit91@aol.com!

    Til next time!
