TODAY IN STAR WARS HISTORY: 10/27/2005 Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination opens at the Museum of Science in Boston, Massachusetts. The tour, which consisted of 18 engagements, continued in the U.S. until February 23, 2014. The exhibit focuses on the science behind the technology in the films using examples such as the Landspeeder and Anakin’s prosthetic hand juxtaposed with real world examples.
