Star Wars Saga Fast Food Premiums (1977)

During a recent pre-show discussion with listeners, we were trying to remember what fast food chain offered which Star Wars Fast Food Premiums. Did Burger King have posters or glasses? When did McDonalds join in? How many toys were offered at what restaurants for The Phantom Menace? And, what is Burger Chef?
After culling through existing partial lists online and YouTube videos, I found all the US based toys, posters, Jedi Wisdom Cubes, scratch cards, collector glasses, Joking Jar Jar Binks, watches, cup toppers, etc. I did come across a few international which are also noted. If I am missing anything please email me: share@skywalkingthroughneverland.com.
