I've been a Star Wars fan since my sister took me to see Return of the Jedi when I was eight years old. Ever since then I've been a fan of all aspects and eras of Star Wars. I toyed with writing fanfiction based on the X-wing PC game. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English - Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. I'm a bookworm, reading whenever I can. I also enjoy watching movies. Besides Star Wars, my loves are The Beatles, hockey and my cat Zeke. And the films that have had the most significant impact on me are The Karate Kid, Back to the Future, and Flight of the Navigator.

It’s now late September and Halloween is right around the corner. And what’s more suitable for a good scare than the castle of Darth Vader? As was announced at the publishing panel at San Diego Comic-Con in July, IDW will be releasing five weekly issues throughout October titled “Star Wars: Tales from Vader’s Castle” starting October 3rd and wrapping up on Halloween (10/31).
